How I can buy flash components?
Unregistered users are not allowed to purchase products at FlashScope. In order to be able to purchase flash components please Sign Up.
Once you are logged in as a registered user you are allowed to add products to cart, or buy them, bypassing the shopping cart.
How much credits worth and how I can buy them?
You need to be a registered user so that to be able to purchase credits. There is a Buy Credits link at the top of the page, or either this option can be accessed from the Earnings tab of your Account homepage. 1 Credit = $1
When I can download my flash component?
Once purchased, the product immediately appears under the Downloads tab of your Account homepage. It can be downloaded infinite number of times.
How I can become an author?
Only registered users can become authors. To do that, please review our Payment Rates page and press Become an Author button.
How do I add a product?
After registering as an author, the Add Products button will appears under your Account homepage. It leads to the Add Product form, which you need to fill in to send your product for approval. Please note that we only support uploading of archives less than 5 MB file size. If your file archive is bigger than 5 MB you will have to upload it to 3rd party and specify a link to it.
I want to change my product information\upload new files. What should I do?
To access your product for editing go to your Products tab under Account homepage; each product has the Edit Product link. In case you need to re-upload your product please upload it to a third party server and submit a Support Request including the link to a product.
I can't see my product online what could happened?
In case your new product was not approved by moderation team, or an existing product was removed from the store an e-mail is being send to your registered e-mail address, explaining the Decline reasons. If you didn't receive any notification of your product being removed, please submit a Support Request.
When can I withdraw my money?
Withdraw is handled automatically for sums $100 or more during the period since 1st to 10th date of each following month. The full sum is being transferred to your paypal account specified in Settings section under Payout Information.
